GETTING THERE
It is important that clients traveling with boards and sports equipment pre-warn the airline they are flying with. There may be a surcharge for this service.

CANARY ISLANDS
Lanzarote: Arrecife (ACE) is Lanzarote´s only airport and is relatively centrally located on the island.
Fuerteventura: Clients travelling to Fuerteventura must book their flights to Puerto del Rosario Airport (FUE/GCFV) in Fuerteventura. The airport is located five kilometres from the capital of the island, Puerto del Rosario.
CANARY ISLANDS FROM THE UK
Flight time: 4 hours
There are numerous charter companies offering flights directly to Lanzarote from every major UK airport.
The main changeover day in Lanzarote for British clients is Thursday.
The main changeover days in Fuerteventura for British clients are Wednesdays and Saterdays.
However there are direct flights to the Canaries five days of the week.

CANARY ISLANDS FROM EIRE
Flight time: 4 hours
The main arrival days in Lanzarote & Fuerteventura for Irish clients are Thursday and Saturday. Many Irish clients find it is cost effective to travel to mainland UK on one of the budget airlines then catch one of the charter flights mentioned above.
Many of the charter companies operating out of the UK, also offer services from Eire. Aer Lingus also operate directly to Lanzarote & Fuerteventura. www.aerlingus.com

Many national airlines operate direct flights to Lanzarote & Fuerteventura for at least part of the year. If not, it is also possible, and easy to fly via Madrid or Gran Canaria.

The best way to get to Lanzarote & Fuerteventura from a non European starting point is to fly via Madrid. Most national airlines fly to Madrid and connecting flights can be purchased from one of the companies mentioned previously.
