Sotavento is the perfect location for children to learn to windsurf there is miles of open beach and a waist deep lagoon with flat water ideal for learning to windsurf.
Who's it for?
The aim of the windsurfing childrens course is to give kids a safe and fun introduction to windsurfing. The training/coaching methods and equipment have been especially developed for children & the emphasis here is on safety and turning the next generation of windsurfers into self-suficient, knowledable and (above all) safe and responsible windsurfers.

Our Budget Apartments in the resort of Costa Calma,
our Resort Apartments in central Costa Calma,
our Luxury Clifftop Apartments with breathtaking panoramic views
our Luxury Beachfront Hotel on the beach in front of the windsurf centre.

YOUR 1 WEEK Windsurfing-4-Kids PACKAGE INCLUDES
• Location: Sotavento/Jandia, Fuerteventura South, Canary Islands, Spain
• Airport: Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura (FUE/GCFV)
• Transfer Time from Airport: 50 Minutes
• Join a Course: Mon. to Sun
• Course Duration: 4 or 5 days (10 hrs)
• Course Start Time: To be advised on ground, wind dependant
• Course location: In shallow lagoon in front of the windsurfing center.

DATES & AVAILABILITY 2008
The Windsurfing-4-Kids holidays run all year round and the courses are also run on a continual basis. The instructors are ALL VDWS (International Windsurfing Association) qualified & the windsurfing centre is a recognized and approved by the VDWS. The windsurfing license we issue is internationally valid.
OTHER WINDSURFING COURSES
The Windsurfing Academy in Fuerteventura South is located in Sotavento and all Windsurfing sessions take place on the beaches or lagoons in Playa de Sotavento. There are wndsurfing courses available for all levels of windsurfers from 'never-have's' to pro's. Click on the link below to view the:
