Your surf guides are Theta registered (Tourism, Hospitality & Sport Education & Training Authority) and possess level one first aid and professional driving permits. The surf/tour guides are very knowledgeable and will always make a huge effort to get you to the best waves on the day and will assist beginners and intermediate surfers at all times.

If the surf is completely flat or you simply feel 'surfed out' your guide will suggest alternative outdoor activities for you to enjoy. Your guides can deal with surfers of all ability from complete beginners to pros.
