SURFING 101 (Learn-2-surf)
The main beach in Jeffreys Bay has the right kind of waves for beginner surfers to learn on. There are no rocks and there are always decent sandbanks close to the shore, which means that beginners never have to venture out into the deep ocean to catch waves.
Zoco and our partners in Jeffreys Bay have developed a fun Learn-to-surf package 'Surfing 101' which includes a 7-nights accommodation, game-viewing and adventure activities. We provide you with all the necessary sports equipment for the duration of your stay, eight surfing lessons with one of our experienced instructors, a couple of game drives, horse riding trails along the beach and the chance to try your hand at sandboarding.

Your 1 week Jeffreys Bay Surf 101 package Includes:

• 8 surfing lessons (2 hrs per day) + gear rental for free surfing in the afternoons

ROUGH ITINERARY
Surf 101 is an 8 day package and it includes lots of game viewing as well as surfing so you get a real surf and safari adventure. Imagine surfing in the morning and then viewing rhino and buffalo in the afternoon! This is meant as a rough guide, it's your holiday and the itinerary is adapted to suit you and your personal preferences.
Day 1
- Pick up from Port Elizabeth airport & transfer to Jeffreys Bay (85 km)
- Book into accommodation

- Surfing in the morning
- Game drive in the afternoon
Day 3
- Surfing in the morning
- Surfing in the afternoon
Day 4
- Early morning surf session
- Day trip to the Addo Elephant Park

DATES & AVAILABILITY
The Surfing 101 package is available all year round but the best season for a beginners to visit Jeffreys Bay is during the summer months (October - March) when, J-Bay is a full of activity and there is a fun and lively atmosphere.
