SAGRES SURF CAMP & SURFARI
The Sagres Surf Camp is based at the picturesque village of Sagres. The accommodation is in a typical Algarve home in a quiet street just a few minutes walk of the bars and restaurants and the historical centre of Sagres. Situated near the National Park (Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina), the municipality of Vila do Bispo is one of the few places in the Algarve region where nature has been left largely pristine and untouched.
Located on the most westerly point of the region, the south western Algarve has the advantage of 2 surfable coastlines to explore. The west coast (Vicentina) and the south coast, both offering magnificent point, reef and beach breaks and excellent conditions for surfing, from the beginner to pro. We hate to use surfing clichés but this region is now being hailed as the 'European California' by travelling surfers due to its warm weather and huge variety of surf spots.
The weather in summer is always good, but even April, October and November are in the comfortable 25 degree zone.
Your Sagres Surf Camp package Includes:
• 7 or 14 nights accommodation
• 5 or 10 days surf tuition (Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day)
• Use of the equipment for free surfing on Saturday
• All surfing equipment provided (board, wetsuit, leash etc.)
