Description & Location
Camping in Carrapateira is an experience you won't easily forget. The camp site and village lie well away from the tourist mayhem of the southern Algarve and overlook what may be the finest beach in the whole of Portugal. Away to the North of the village is a huge expanse of rolling dunes, golden sand and a small lagoon while to the south green fields and another equally beautiful beach. Forget the crowds for a while and simple enjoy nature and almost totally deserted beaches. The surf crew take care of everything and all you need to do is enjoy the Portuguese countryside, experience the culture and surf 'till your muscles ache.
The Surf Camp facilities include fully equipped kitchens for self catering surf campers (incl. fridge and freezer) covered communal dining area, hot showers and toilets. After your surf course you can chill out on the beach, go for a long walk along the coast or, if you've any energy left, you can discover the surrounding area by mountain bike. Bikes are provided by the Surf Camp crew.

For those who prefer a (solid) roof over their heads, we offer comfortable 3 persons log cabins with covered area for relaxing in in the shade in your hammock.
 
  
Description & Location
The completely furnished cabins are equipped with mattresses, you need only bring a sleeping bag. There are toilets and hot showers and fully equipped kitchens for self catering guests. The kitchens also have Fridges and freezers, in other words everything you need to enjoy your stay in Carrapateira.
After your surf course you can relax totally surrounded by nature. If you've any energy left, you can discover the surrounding area by mountain bike. Bikes are provided by the Surf Camp crew.
