What are our OBJECTIVES?
This is an introduction to professional surf coaching which is aimed at boosting your confidence in the water, encourage your developing skills and offer insights and greater understanding of surfing.
Course details
The pro coaching package is designed specifically for those of you who have the basic skills wired but need to know how to push your surfing to the next level. These professional surf coaching sessions can also benefit competitive surfers who are looking to stay ahead of the pack by improving contest strategies, overall fitness and surfing techniques with coaching from a professional surfer.
The programme includes regular training sessions with an emphasis on competitive surfing. We will be teaching contest tactics, improving fitness levels and using video analysis to work on technique. This is the ideal program for any surfer wishing to push his free-surfing abilities or gain more experience in competitive surfing.

WHO IS IT FOR?
The pro coaching course is open to those with basic surfing experience to professional surfers looking to improve competition results or free-surfers wanting to improve and expand their skills.
Surf courses include the use of all boards, wetsuits and transport. Please note the school supply 'pop out' boards by Bic, NSP, South Point etc. If you want to surf a custom board please feel free to bring your own. Experienced and pro surfers are also welcome to bring their own quiver of boards. Coaching is done on a one to one basis and the emphasis is on helping you achieve your personal goals and pushing you to expand your surfing knowlege and ability.
Surf knowledge is part of what makes the pro-coaching so special. The intimate knowledge of competitive surfing and the overall view of surfing provided by your coach ensures that you expand your knowledge of this incredible art.

The Surf School & Coaches
