1st day: Surfing in Gwada
After your first night in the Tropics a hearty breakfast will ensure you're ready to tackle the first activity of the week: surfing. You couldn't ask for a better place to discover the Sport of Kings The water around Saint Francois is a balmy 28° and crystal clear. You will be taught by a qualified surfing instructors using equipment especially adapted for beginners. End your days surfing with a group meal intended to familiarize you with the islands excellent cuisine and to introduce you to the Gwada Surf Lodge lifestyle.

2nd day : Discover the Wild Coast by bike
Slip into the West-Indian rhythm, get up early and discover the Saint François area by mountain bike. You're provided with a map and Bike and you set off for the morning or the whole day discovering Guadeloupe's diverse and interesting coastal landscape.

3rd day : Rest & Relaxation
After two days of intense sporting activity, we recon you'll be ready for a well-earned rest. This day is yours to do what ever you want, relax by the pool, spend the day working on your tan, reading a book, visita a local market, go shopping... Or if you're ready for more action we can organize other activities on your behalf including a round of golf, a quad safari, horse riding... You decide.

4th day : Canyoning in a tropical forest
On day 4 you will discover the Guadeloupe Lowlands, the tropical forest and cascades through canyoning. You will jump, climb, slip, slide and swim your way along the streams and waterfalls. Enjoy the fuana and flora of Guadeloupe and swimming in the amazing natural pools under the constant supervision of your team of professional canyoning guides.

5th day : Take a stroll in a coral garden
This morning we will be exploring the ocean again or, more precisely, The ocean floor. Under the supervision of a local diving school, you will discover the coral reefs and sumptuous marine landscapes of Saint François. Absolutely teeming with tropical fish and marine flora.

6th day: Surfing « the second wave »
On your second last day, you will enjoy another genourous helping of surfing. In the evening, after an exhausting day in the surf, you can chill with the group at the Gwada Surf Lodge and enjoy a huge Creole barbecue of fresh fish and local vegetables.

7eme jour : Sad farewell
Time has flown by and this is your last day. Do any last minute shopping, go for a last swim...
