The lively sea-side resort of “Corralejo” is located
at the northern
end of the Fuerteventura.
It has been a favourite
base for surfers
from all over the
world for many
years. It has a
good vibe, laidback
atmosphere and
various tapas bars,
restaurants, supermarkets
and surf shops.
There's also plenty
of nightlife an
clubs.
Zoco has a Surf House and privately owned apartment
complex located in the town centrally located and a short
walking distance
to the main town
breaks, tapas
bars/restaurants
and supermarkets.
Surfers have
a choice between
staying in our
Surf House or
upgrading to
an apartment.
All the apartments
have sea views
toward Lanzarote
and are tastefully
furnished and
finished to a
high standard.
The majority of properties we use are owned by the surf school
or exclusive to Zoco.
Both the Surf House
and the Apartments
are within walking
distance of the town
beaches and local amenities.

CORRALEJO - SURF HOUSE

Description: The communal surf house provides
basic accommodation for surfers travelling to Fuerteventura
and is located in the heart of Corralejo. This is
a perfect base for those travelling on a budget who
don't mind sharing with other people and want to
party the night away. The house is within easy walking
distace
of the shops, supermarkets and bars. There is a tapas
bar
serving local Canarian fare at very reasonable prices
right next door. The town beaches and ferry port
are a five min. walk. The house is split over 2 floors,
has 2 kitchens, lounge/living area and a total of
7 bedrooms. There is a large roof terrace providing
plenty of outdoor space to eat, relax or party after
a hard days surfing!
Breakfast: A continental breakfast
is offered to all our Surf House guests and this
is served between 09:00 - 10:30 daily.
Cleaning: The house is cleaned daily.
Linen/Towel Change: Weekly but if you need more towels you can ask the cleaning staff.
Services & Facilities: TV | Bathrooms/Shower | Hob | Fridge | Coffee maker | Roof terrace for after surf relaxing and House BBQ's | Board and gear storage facilities.

CORRALEJO - APARTMENTS

Description: Casas Quemadas is located in the heart
of Corralejo within easy walking distace of the shops,
supermarket, bars and restaurants. This accommodation
is ideal for discovering surfing in Fuerteventura and the
North Shore reefs are easily accessible by car. The town
breaks, beaches and ferry port are a five min. walk. This
self
contained 3 floor building holds a total of 12 apartments.
Rooms: All the apartments have sea views
toward Lanzarote and are tastefully furnished fitted to
a high standard. Each apartment has either 2 or 4 ring
hobs,
small or large fridge freezer, safety deposit box, coffee
maker, microwave and washing machine are available on
request as well as extra cots. The 3 bedroom apartment
has separate
access from the street and a large terrace, a double bed
and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite).
Cleaning: The apartments are cleaned
3 times a week. The office will also be opened 1 hour per
day for any questions and/or problems.
Linen/Towel Change: 3 towel changes and 2 linen changes per week.
