Vulamanzi which means "place of open water" is situated at Kelso on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal and offers the international kitesurfer and backpacker a unique and unforgettable experience. Rated as one of the best kitesurf breaks on the south coast, Vulamanzi Point is a great wave riding spot. The beach is a beginner to expert location, while the point is strictly experts only. This is also a Surfers paradise and fisherman’s haven, and a great place to go diving and snorkeling.

There are 5 cottages each elevated 3.5mtrs off the ground giving each one an awesome view of the Indian Ocean.
The Cottages
There are 3 cottages that sleep 4 to 5 people consisting of 2 hand carved double bunks and a brand new sleeper couch, fitted kitchen with 2 plate stove, fridge, toaster, kettle, pots and pans etc. Under each cottage is a private toilet and shower.
The Main Cabin
This accommodation sleeps 4 and consists of a double bed and a bunk bed, fully fitted kitchen with undercounter hob, leather lounge suite and a toilet en suite.
The 'Honeymoon Suite'
This is a unique double sleeper. The front wall lifts up to give you a 180 degree sea view from your bed. There is a kitchen down stairs with a shower and toilet. The tented camp is on a wooden deck beneath a 100 year old Milkwood tree and sleeps 2 to 3 people with a private braai (BBQ) area.
Each elevated cottage has a verandah where you can relax and enjoy the view of the ocean, or if you are not afraid of heights, you can relax on one of the view decks and watch dolphins, whales or you may even glimpse the resident turtle. There is a chill out area under the main cabin where you can enjoy a few sundowners and have a game of darts. The braai (BBQ) area is also close by here you can chill out after kitesurfing and argue about who got the best 'hang time'.

Centrally situated in the Imfolozi section of the Park, Mpila Camp commands magnificent views of the Wilderness area. Several game view sites (a hide overlooking a waterhole) enable visitors to see animals at close range.
12 single-room thatched rest huts accommodating four people each*. The Rest Huts consist of one room with 4 beds, a fridge and wash basin. There are communal ablutions and kitchens available close-by. *Accommodation varies from Camp to Camp.
