The learn to Kitesurf courses take place in the shallow, warm water estuary (lagoon) of Alvor, just a stones throw from the town of Lagos. The beginner course is 10 hours and the kitesurfing course generally takes 3/4 days to complete.

Who's it for? The beginner kitesurfing holiday is ideal for people on their first trip to the Algarve, couples or families looking for good accommodation close to the spots but also entertainment and options for the kids and non-kitesurfing partners. Also ideal location for holidays that combine kitesurfing with other wind-and-water sports like surfing or wakeboarding.

The Praia de Alvor Learn-2-Kitesurf holidays run all year round and places are subject to availability. The activities and accommodation are usually booked in blocks of 1 week from Saturday to Saturday. However we won't turn anyone away and we are flexible with arrivals on other days depending on availability.
