The learn to Kitesurf courses take place in the shallow, warm water estuary (lagoon) of Alvor, just a stones throw from the town of Lagos. The complete beginner course is 20 hours and the kitesurfing lessons are generally 4 hours per day, in two sessions with a break for lunch.
Who's it for? The beginner kitesurfing holiday is ideal for people on their first trip to the Algarve, couples or families looking for good accommodation close to the spots but also entertainment and options for the kids and non-kitesurfing partners. Also ideal location for holidays that combine kitesurfing with other wind-and-water sports like surfing or wakeboarding.
There are three possibilities for your kitesurfing holiday accommodation:
Our Budget Hostel (Backpackers) in the old town of Lagos.
Our Pensao (Guesthouse) just 5 minutes from the center of Lagos & beach.
Or our Luxury Apartments in Praia da Luz with outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, access to the gym, sauna & jacuzzi.

Your PRAIA DE ALVOR Learn-2-KITESURF HOLIDAY Includes:
• 7 nights accommodation (see options above)
• 20 hours Full beginner course (Usually 5 sessions of 4 hours)

The Praia de Alvor Learn-2-Kitesurf holidays run all year round and places are subject to availability. The activities and accommodation are usually booked in blocks of 1 week from Sunday to Sunday. However we won't turn anyone away and we are flexible with arrivals on other days depending on availability.
