COURSE LOCATION
La Tejita lies just outside the village and is separated from the south bay by the large mountain, Montaña Roja. La Tejita is a long sandy beach ideal for beginners and is location for all the lessons. At the upper end of the beach the wind is slightly offshore however the beach curves round as you progress down the coast ensuring it is cross shore before you run out of space.
La Tejita normally offers flat water conditions ideal for learning and there is rescue cover on hand during all lessons and during most afternoons. Please check with the Kite centre staff before riding at La Tejita outside of a structured course so they can ensure there is adequate cover on hand should you need it.
