KITEBOARDING HOLIDAYS FOR BEGINNERS & INTERMEDIATES
Learn to kitesurf in one of the world's best kiteboarding spots. This is the venue for the annual Kiteboarding World Cup and it's easy to see why: Miles of open beach and steady, consistent wind. There is a waist deep kite-lagoon with flat water for learning to kite and once you feel more confident you can move to the open sea with the security of the jetski escort.
Who's it for?
The aim of the kiteboarding beginners course is to give people a safe and fun introduction to kiteboarding. At the end of the sessions you will have learned the fundamentals of kiteboarding and depending on your ability and fitness you should be proficient at waterstarting and controlled riding. There are four possibilities for your kitesurfing holiday accommodation:

YOUR 1 WEEK KITEBOARDING PACKAGE INCLUDES
• Location: Sotavento/Jandia, Fuerteventura South, Canary Islands, Spain
• Airport: Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura (FUE/GCFV)
• Transfer Time from Airport: 50 Minutes
• Join a Course: Mon. to Sun
• Course Duration: 4 or 5 days (12 hrs)
• Course Start Time: To be advised on ground, wind dependant
• Course location: In shallow lagoon or in the open sea*.
• Student to Instructor Ratio: 2 pupils per instructor
• Maximum Group Size: 4
• Pickup Point: Accommodation
• Minimum Age: 17 Years
*Instruction by boat when the lesson is held in the open sea

DATES & AVAILABILITY 2008
The Learn-2-kitesurf holidays run all year round and the courses are also run on a continual basis with not more than 2 people per instructor. The instructors are ALL VDWS (German Windsurfing Association) and IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization) qualified & the kiteboarding centre is a recognized and approved by both the VDWS & IKO. The kiteboarding license we issue is internationally valid.
