Justin aka 'Bird' originally hails from Laguna Beach California, but now lives in Durban, South Africa. Justin is a surfer with 20 years experience and has traveled extensively surfing the best breaks around the world including Mexico, Costa Rica, Australia, Bali, Indonesia, the South Pacific, Israel and Hawaii. Bird has travelled extensively in South Africa and Mozambique and has helped develop the kitesurfaris from a 'foreign travellers' perspective.

Monte arrived in South Africa on a medical mission from the United States over 4 years ago and has never moved back. Monte comes from Oregon where he worked as a Fire Fighter/Medic with Nestucca Fire Rescue. Monte is a certified Emergency medical Technician with advanced life support experience. He is also a 'Swift Water Rescue Technician, Cold Water Surf Rescue Technician and was captain of the NRFPD Surf Rescue Team. During the last 15 years Monte has also been involved in film and video production. Monte will join your group as videographer to document your travels from beginning to end and send you home with fantastic DVD reminder of your journey.

A professional IKO Kitesurfing Instructor is always part of the crew and he/she is on hand to help with launching and landing, rigging the kites, rescues etc. They also offer lessons and coaching for intermediate and advanced kiteboarders.
